Tim Demco
VP of Finance Operations
Tim is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in finance, IT, and operations management. Since joining G10 Inc. in 2021, he has been instrumental in driving financial and operational excellence. Prior to G10, Tim had early career experience with Motorola and Accenture and then moved on to hold significant roles at CFS Brands and Carlisle Companies, where he led IT and distribution center operations, implemented business intelligence solutions, and oversaw multi-plant operations. His background also includes a long tenure at San Jamar, where he directed IT, HR, and customer service teams, successfully integrating business processes during multiple acquisitions
John Pistone
VP of Sales and Marketing
John brings over two decades of expertise in retail, e-commerce, and merchandising, with significant leadership roles at Amazon and Chewy. He has successfully driven revenue growth and operational excellence across various roles, including Director at Amazon, Senior Director at Chewy, and VP of Sales and Marketing at G10 Fulfillment. John's background includes a robust tenure at Amazon, where he led initiatives that streamlined operations and enhanced productivity on a global scale. At G10 Fulfillment, his deep understanding of the online marketplace and strategic leadership are pivotal to driving sales and marketing success.
Julie Stenli
Controller
Julie brings a wealth of experience in accounting and finance to G10 Inc., where she has served as Controller since 2021. Her strong financial acumen is backed by over 15 years in the industry, including key roles such as District Accounting Manager at Canteen, NA, and Revenue Analyst at Covance. Julie's expertise in managing complex financial operations and her MBA in Accounting and Finance make her an invaluable asset to the team, ensuring the financial health and efficiency of G10.
Emma Hobday
Human Resources Director
Emma has been the Human Resources Director at G10 Fulfillment since December 2020, where she manages key HR initiatives, including legal matters and benefits management. With a rich background in HR and project management, Emma previously served as HR Manager at CFS Brands, where she was responsible for benefits management and team leadership. Prior to that, she held the position of Human Resources Director at The Abbey Resort & Avani Spa, where she focused on problem-solving and annual budgeting. Emma's experience also includes her role as Human Resources Office Manager at NovaSpine Pain Institute in Arizona, and earlier in her career, she worked at Birmingham City Council in the UK as a Project Manager and Executive Assistant.

Director of Operations
Connor is a seasoned operations leader with a strong background in strategic direction, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. As Director of Operations at G10 Inc., he focuses on aligning operational strategies with business objectives, optimizing workflows, and driving cost savings. His expertise includes developing and implementing effective processes, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and mitigating risks through robust management strategies. With a proven track record in project management, Connor is skilled in leading teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring the successful adoption of new systems and processes. His earlier roles, including Senior Project Manager and System Engineer, further highlight his abilities in system integration, data management, and operational efficiency.
Maureen Milligan
IT Project Director
Maureen is an accomplished IT Projects Director with over two decades of experience in managing complex projects and enhancing organizational productivity. Currently at G10 Inc., she provides strategic oversight for IT projects, leveraging her expertise in project management, process optimization, and team collaboration. Her previous roles at AmerisourceBergen and Robocom Systems International highlight her proficiency in directing large-scale initiatives, resolving technical challenges, and building strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners. Maureen is known for her organizational skills, perseverance, and ability to manage projects efficiently within timelines.
Jacob Andsager
Director of Marketing
With an MBA from Kellogg and an MS in Information Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Jacob bring over 20 years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, and online retail. His career includes a decade with Amazon and success as founder of a direct-to-consumer business. His passion is helping small businesses grow. In his spare time, he enjoys playing fingerpicking blues guitar and hiking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Matt Bradbury
Director of Business Development and Customer Success
Matt is a dynamic leader currently serving as the Director of Business Development & Customer Success at G10 Inc. With a robust background in sales strategy and client acquisition, Matt excels at driving growth and building strong customer relationships. Prior to joining G10, he held key roles at Pandion and ShipBob, where he was instrumental in scaling mid-market sales and refining enterprise-level strategies. His career is marked by a consistent focus on sales management, business strategy, and operational efficiency, underscored by his earlier experiences at Translate.com and Parts Town. Matt's educational foundation in finance and business administration, coupled with his hands-on experience in the Greater Chicago Area's competitive market, has equipped him with the skills necessary to excel in high-impact roles.
Helen Cattaneo
Director of Business Optimization
As the Director of Business Optimization, Helen plays a key role in streamlining processes, optimizing resources, and maximizing organizational performance. She has been with G10 since 2022 and has an intrinsic understanding of how to leverage data, operations, and best practices to improve business functions. Helen continues to contribute to the G10 Fully Regulated Dangerous Goods program, working to establish procedures for scaling the business. She first joined the company to build and manage marketplace stores.
Helen graduated from UC Berkeley. Before joining G10, she held various roles at Amazon.com in retail, private label, and publishing. She has a proven track record to expand businesses with a focus on selection and profitability.
She’s a natural fit to lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and create long-term benefits for G10 and its customers.
Kay Hillmann
Product/Brand Management Director
Kay is the Director of Vendor Operations at G10 Inc., where she leads the fulfillment operations for dangerous goods and hazardous materials, primarily servicing major retailers like Amazon and Walmart through e-commerce channels. With over 15 years of experience, Kay has a proven track record in strategic business execution, demand planning, and supply chain management. Prior to G10, she spent nearly six years at Chewy, where she developed promotional and business strategies, led cross-category go-to-market campaigns, and co-chaired the Women’s Advancement and Advocacy Group, spearheading initiatives that significantly enhanced career development and organizational culture. Her experience also includes demand planning and supply chain analyst roles at Bemis Company and Neenah Paper, as well as customer service analysis at Kimberly-Clark.

Matt Barta
Senior Account Manager
Matt is the Manager of Account Services at G10 Inc., where he has been a key player in customer growth since January 2020. With a strong background in account management and operations, he was previously in commercial printing for over 10 years as a sales representative for high end hotels throughout the US. Matt has an Associate’s degree in Business Management from Gateway Technical College and has a track record of driving client success and managing dynamic teams (projects?) across different industries.
Alex Grover
Account Manager
Alex Grover is a skilled Account Manager at Geneva10, where he leverages his extensive background in e-commerce and inventory analysis to optimize client relationships and drive business growth. With over four years of experience at Geneva Supply, Alex honed his expertise in managing e-commerce platforms, streamlining inventory processes, and enhancing profitability through data-driven strategies. His roles have included analyzing supply chain processes, forecasting sales, and managing fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) operations. Alex is known for his strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like HubSpot Sales Hub, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau, and his ability to deliver results in fast-paced, remote environments. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Economics from St. Norbert College and a Graduate Certificate in Business Intelligence Analytics from UC San Diego.
