Kay Hillmann
Product/Brand Management Director
Kay is the Director of Vendor Operations at G10 Inc., where she leads the fulfillment operations for dangerous goods and hazardous materials, primarily servicing major retailers like Amazon and Walmart through e-commerce channels. With over 15 years of experience, Kay has a proven track record in strategic business execution, demand planning, and supply chain management. Prior to G10, she spent nearly six years at Chewy, where she developed promotional and business strategies, led cross-category go-to-market campaigns, and co-chaired the Women’s Advancement and Advocacy Group, spearheading initiatives that significantly enhanced career development and organizational culture. Her experience also includes demand planning and supply chain analyst roles at Bemis Company and Neenah Paper, as well as customer service analysis at Kimberly-Clark.
John Pistone
VP of Sales and Marketing
John brings over two decades of expertise in retail, e-commerce, and merchandising, with significant leadership roles at Amazon and Chewy. He has successfully driven revenue growth and operational excellence across various roles, including Director at Amazon, Senior Director at Chewy, and VP of Sales and Marketing at G10 Fulfillment. Prior to joining G10, he held key roles at Pandion and ShipBob, where he was instrumental in scaling mid-market sales and refining enterprise-level strategies. His career is marked by a consistent focus on sales management, business strategy, and operational efficiency, underscored by his earlier experiences at Translate.com and Parts Town. Matt's educational foundation in finance and business administration, coupled with his hands-on experience in the Greater Chicago Area's competitive market, has equipped him with the skills necessary to excel in high-impact roles.
Helen Cattaneo
Director of Business Optimization
As the Director of Business Optimization, Helen plays a key role in streamlining processes, optimizing resources, and maximizing organizational performance. She has been with G10 since 2022 and has an intrinsic understanding of how to leverage data, operations, and best practices to improve business functions. Helen continues to contribute to the G10 Fully Regulated Dangerous Goods program, working to establish procedures for scaling the business. She first joined the company to build and manage marketplace stores.
Helen graduated from UC Berkeley. Before joining G10, she held various roles at Amazon.com in retail, private label, and publishing. She has a proven track record to expand businesses with a focus on selection and profitability.
She’s a natural fit to lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and create long-term benefits for G10 and its customers.
